We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the jacuzzi and heated light in the family bathroom. Additionally, the room was clean, comfy, and had electric blankets to keep us warm during chilly nights.

Our Xmas stay was awesome! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from great hospitality to stunning views. The location was amazing, despite being in the city center, it offered a quiet and tranquil environment. What we loved most was the Jacuzzi, with all the works, it was the icing on the cake of our relaxing stay.
Sadly, the power went out due to load shedding during our stay which was out of the host's control. It meant packing in the dark with a little one was tough. Another downside was the weak hot water pressure in the ensuite shower, which made taking a bath less enjoyable. Nonetheless, the overall stay was delightful and comfortable.

The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with electric blankets to keep guests warm during the cold weather. the well-equipped kitchen allows guests to cook and a shop is conveniently located nearby. Guests can enjoy amazing views and take advantage of the heated light in the family bathroom.
One guest experienced a power failure due to load shedding, which occurred during their early morning departure with young children in tow.

The view of the city from the hotel was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even during the busy new year period. The location was convenient with shops nearby and easy access to transportation.
The water pressure in the en-suite shower was weak and the hot water took a long time to heat up. The power went out due to load shedding which was frustrating, especially when trying to pack and leave early for our flight.
